Subject: New version of LEAP available (2004.006) Posted: 2/4/2004 Viewed: 1791 times | A new version of LEAP is now available for download (2004.006). Since the first posting of the new version for 2004, I have uncovered a variety of bugs mainly related to the introduction of the new multi-region feature. 2004.006 addresses all of the bugs identified so far. Sorry for any inconveniences caused. You can get the new version using the Help: Check for Updates option built into LEAP. This will download a patch of about 2 MB. Alternatively, you can download the whole system from the download page of http://forums.seib.org/leap, which is a download of about 18 MB. Regards, Charlie, SEI-Boston Here are the list of changes since 2004.001 Bug fixes: *Problems with specifying environmental effects on Transformation output fuels. *Problems linking to TED data. *Fixed various tree menu options. *Problems in Manage Scenarios screen caused by recent update. *Problem with resetting results between calculations due to multi-region changes. Could cause successive calculations to give different results. *Problem in default area caused error when creating new area. *Problem in lifecycle profile screen. An error was being generated when editing a profile. *Problem in user interface/calculations for useful energy demand screens. New features: * Iterative calculations improved in Transformation. Production from later modules can now be used to meet requirements in earlier modules. |
